This is the first in our Photoshop course series. It provides instruction on how to create professional-looking images for both print & the Web.

In this 2-day course, participants will: identify the components of the Photoshop environment; learn the difference between raster/vector graphics & different image modes; & utilise Adobe Bridge. They will explore proper methods for selecting image areas, & then how to modify & manipulate selections. They’ll add text, modify the text, & apply effects that will incorporate it into the artwork. They’ll also learn how to use layers & layer effects. They will explore various techniques for adjusting the quality of an image, cropping, straightening & making image adjustment commands.
