The main changes seem to be an increase in res from 1920 x 1080 to 2560 x 1440 on the Companion 2

The other great new feature is that the Windows 8 Cintiq (no more Android version) will now allow us to connect to a Mac/or PC, so you can use like a traditional tablet. Just like the Cintiq 13HD.
