PURCHASE, PAYMENT & SHIPPING POLICY
By lodging an online order, customers are making an offer to purchase the goods selected at the prices published on the website store. Team Digital reserves the right to accept or reject any offer to purchase at its complete discretion. Rejection of an offer may occur but is not limited to the following circumstances:
- Non-receipt of payment from the customer for the order.
- Where Team Digital is unable to deliver the goods ordered within a commercially-acceptable time frame.
- As a result of inadvertent errors in the pricing of products published on the website Store.
In the event of rejection of an order, Team Digital will advise the customer concerned and provide a full refund of the purchase price paid.
To complete a purchase you will be required to enter your credit card number, the card expiry date and the security code which appears on the reverse side of the card.
Once your card has been approved, a receipt page complete with an order number is presented as confirmation of your purchase. These details will also be sent in the form of a tax invoice/receipt by email. An unpriced packing slip listing the goods you have purchased will also accompany the parcel when it is delivered.
Address Details: Team Digital only delivers to post boxes and addresses within Australia.
Please ensure that you enter both your billing and delivery address details, as well as a contact telephone number for yourself and for the recipient of the parcel, should it be destined for an address other than your own.
Please be aware that parcels returned as undeliverable will incur a re-despatch fee.
Freight charges paid for the original despatch are not refundable.
Your parcel will be delivered by either Australia Post’s eParcel service, Australian Air Express or PEP Transport during normal business hours. Upon delivery the goods must be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel during normal business hours. Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for the maximum hold time. Should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further freight charges will be payable for re-despatch. Freight charges paid for the original despatch are not refundable.
Despatch times: At present estimated despatch time is between three and ten working days. However if you request changes to be made to your order after it’s been placed, your order may take a few extra days to leave our warehouse.
Freight charges are itemised for you in your shopping cart during the checkout process.
Should the contents of your shopping bag exceed the dimensions of an Extra Large Parcel, your order will be packaged as two or more parcels and freight charges will be quoted accordingly. In the event that you place a very large order and our website is unable to calculate freight, you will be prompted to telephone or email the store for a freight quote.
